Why do people love their government so much?

:confused:I believe that everything should be privatized. I don't see why the government should offer education, health care and other things for free. In Brazil even the daycare is free. We have free education up to university, free health care, maternity leave for foids etc. The government owns a lot of land and companies. Even the electricity company is state-owned lol. However, the country is poor as fuck. It's a shithole. This model of government has failed but people have yet to notice it.

Drugs such as cannabis are illegal here, casinos are illegal too, even bingo is illegal. Everything is illegal. The government owns a huge monopoly on gambling: you're free to play the state-owned lottery though lmfao. The weird thing about Brazil is that, if you publicly voice your opinion that things should be privatized, people label you as a reactionary elitist who hates the poor and wants non-whites to die . That's how weird people down here are. They're in love with the government. Bolsonaro won the last election because people wanted someone trustworthy in power but that doesn't mean they want a radical change in the way the government works. It's a strange place with a very peculiar people.

Man, I'd sell an arm to legally live in America. I would work as a fuсking janitor if it's what it takes. If I earned $2500 a month and lived a minimalist lifestyle, I could save enough money to retire as a wealthy man in Brazil.

This is how it is in Brazil, man
